At St. Francis Moto Hope Center and Academy we endeavor to provide our students with holistic education and ensure that they attain academic excellence. Our students are divided into four schools: Pre-school, Junior school, Middle school and Upper school.

  1. Pre- School
    Our pre-school children are of between 2-6 years of age. We offer these young learners an exciting assortment of early childhood programs which facilitate their intellectual growth and promote positive social behavior. They engage in activities that include: Language and reading, Artwork, Number work, Handwriting and co-curricular activities like sports and games.

  2. Junior School
    The junior school section comprises Class 1 and 2 of pupils between the ages of 6 and 8.The learners start the primary curriculum that is offered by our dedicated and highly qualified teaching staff. Their potential inside and outside class is fully exploited and their talents discovered. They are more engaged in the co-curricular activities, Clubs and Societies.

  3. Middle School
    Middle School caters for Classes 3-5 of pupils of ages between 8 and 10 years. Pupils at this stage aside from thoroughly going through the primary curriculum are actively involved in creativity enhancing activities, problem solving and innovation as well as talent exploitation. They are also engaged in more sporting activities, field trips, debate, music and drama festivals, clubs and societies.

  4. Upper School
    Upper school comprises of classes 6 to 8 of pupils between the ages of 11 and 14. This is the final lap of their primary school as our students prepare for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exam at the end of Class eight. More emphasis is focused on their academic progress at this stage to ensure highest academic achievement. Discipline, good behavior, self confidence are nurtured. The students also engage in co-curricular and sporting activities which include: Ball games, athletics, indoor games, Music and Drama, Debate, Environment, Community service among others.

    We have since inception recorded outstanding performance in both National and Regional examinations. To keep our students on their toes, we undertake both Internal Exams (Random Assessment Tests RATs, Continuous Assessment Tests: Openers, Mid-Terms, Pre-End Term and End Terms) AND External Exams. In addition, we take part in Molo Private Schools Exams and Kamara division Exams and we have proved to be the academic giants in both.

    In the 2017 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education Exams (KCPE), the candidates performed exceptionally. Out of 238 schools in the entire Kuresoi sub county, we emerged First Position. Of the 47 candidates who sat the exam, 7 joined national schools while the rest joined County and Extra County schools. We continue to register 100% transition to High school. This year (2018) we have registered 37 candidates for the KCPE Exam and look forward to excellent performance!
