Last Friday’s (21/6/24) Tree Planting Day aka Adopt a Tree Day, at St. Francis Moto Hope Center and Academy was a delightful success!

Led by the Headteacher, and Environmental and Science Club patrons, our teachers, mentors, support staff, and students from the aforementioned clubs, each planted and adopted a tree to care for and protect.

We planted various trees among them fruit trees, after an exciting lesson on each tree from our Headteacher!

There is no planet B. We have just this ONE and it is our responsibility to take actions that will help protect our planet for ourselves and future generations.
At Moto Hope, we believe that children and the youth can be well equipped with the tools and skills and mentored to have the right mindset and passion to actively take up roles to mitigate and adapt to climate change.

What better way than to practice it all!
