What immense blessings have been bestowed upon us at St. Francis Moto Hope Academy!
This Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, we had a wondrous Prayer and Thanksgiving Day that had us all counting our blessings, naming them one by one, and truly appreciating the goodness of God in our lives!
More than ever, the parents and guardians of the Grade 6 Class of 2024 came in their numbers, bringing whole families to commit the candidates to God in their KPSEA Assessments (28th to 30th October 2024).
As is his norm, Rev. Fr. Evanson Njogu of St. Mary’s Molo Catholic Parish, had us all captured, intrigued, and in awe of God’s sufficient grace as he gave quite the powerful homily.
Fr. Njogu passionately addressed all the students, urging them to recognize their privileges and strive to get the most out of education. Using his own personal stories and experiences, Fr. encouraged and challenged our learners to be better, do better, and change home!
He also thanked and urged parents to value education and make all sacrifices necessary to ensure the good education of their children.
The beautiful music from the choir and the entertainment from the band were everything we had hoped for.
We sang and danced in joy and vibrant celebration for it was indeed the day the Lord had made!
Our prayers and best wishes go out to all our candidates!
